Is your company one of them?

The EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the EU Taxonomy are to be applied by large companies for the 2025 reporting year. Companies are considered large in this sense if they fulfil at least two of the following criteria:

1. more than 250 employees on an annual average 2. more than 50 million euros in annual turnover 3. total assets greater than 25 million euros1

What does this mean?

The CSRD significantly expands existing rules on non-financial reporting, i.e. in future, sustainability information is to be disclosed exclusively in the management report.

The EU taxonomy is the valid system for categorising sustainable economic activities. Here you will analyse and classify the sustainability of your company's economic activities on the basis of objective criteria.

With the Starboard ESG Screening, you can determine your ESG position in just a few minutes - and develop your action plan based on this to lead your company into a sustainable future.
